The incomplete records we reviewed indicated at least
$120,000 in legal income for George for 2005 & 2006.
We're unsure how much his total income would exceed the
$120,000. During this period, George took
advantage of Medicaid, LIHEAP & CAP low income programs.
We estimate over $100,000 in government assistance that
George received while he owned and drew income from Lazer Lawn Services.

George
actually had most of the equipment on this list
although we believe the stated value was inflated.
George's business, Lazer Lawn supposedly owned
$134,490 in equipment while George had Medicaid.

George
was unaware of this site until mid March 2008. It
was an opportune occasion to enlighten
him about georgemauger.com. George is
not Internet savvy, so it was family members who explained
that he should visit. The implications of his
reputation following him will eventually enter his mind.
We
have no doubt that he went to the police
and learned this was a civil matter for
him. We have no doubt he went to
see an attorney and learned that only
false statements are actionable.
He also likely learned that no one has a
right to privacy regarding crimes and wrongdoing that they commit.
Unsurprisingly, in addition to
landlords, dentists, investors
et
cetera, George has a history of neglecting to
pay his legal counsel. If you are
an attorney considering representing Mr. Mauger, we suggest you request payment
in advance for your services. You
are certainly welcome to email us and
request the supporting documentation.
Part of our goal after all is to prevent
Mr. Mauger from taking advantage of
anyone else in his life.
Note to George: (in his own vernacular) It
must suck to be you George. Dude, these people
have had a year to plan how they will change your life
and you're just now catching a clue
because they flashed one to you.
They're organized George. They
know you don't play chess dude, and
they've been making moves for over a
year now.
They have
money, attorneys, investigators and
means while you have nothin'.
Hey, I think you're fucked - don't you think you're
fucked George? Git a move
on already! Take the Fentanyl patch out of your mouth and think.
You could be in check already and not know it!

George was living with his mom in her retirement
community after his release. Since his daughter
had obtained a Protection Order, he could not approach
or contact her.

George had a wish list though of things he wanted from
his former residence and so he dictated a letter which his mother wrote for him and
mailed to her granddaughter. We
reviewed the list and among those items requested were:
Chewed up license
Denture & glasses
Zippo collection
Paperwork around the chair at time of raid
Lagerfeld cologne
Viagra
Navy Seal insignia ring
Jewelry boxes
Daytimer books
Digital scales (2)
|
 |
 |
The
letter was signed, “Your father wants desperately to see
his grandchild please Give
my illegible a hug & kiss Love Grandmom"
Note
to George:
You must have forgotten that the police
seized your 2 digital scales in addition to 3 firearms
at the time of your arrest.
My, my, George, did you perhaps have some "Bolivian
Blue" that needed to be weighed? Why did you
request those scales?
George was rarely seen without his Daytimer books which
he faithfully used as a schedule and a diary. We
imagine that if George had his ever present Daytimer
book while in prison, the entries might have included:
2:00,
sit on left side of bunk
2:30, sit on right side of bunk
3:00,
pace along length of bar cells
3:05, rest in bunk & look forward to supper
Such
imaginary notations would have been as exciting as his
real life Daytimer notations, e.g. “2:45, Wawa –
cigarettes” & “7:30, Wawa – gas”

In only a few weeks time, George’s daughter
decided to violate the Protection Order
herself and visit at her grandmother’s
house. Although George had pleaded
with his daughter for months to abort her
pregnancy, he now fussed over his
grandchild. Soon, George and his
daughter had reestablished their anomalistic relationship.
Note
to Reader:
It
appears to us that George’s daughter was understandably
not well impacted by the many unfortunate experiences in
her life.
This
story though includes examples of shifting loyalties and
bonds that form and quickly dissipate upon changing
circumstances, dependant upon the particular person and
their nature. We consider information valid when
we ourselves can verify it or if it is consistent with other sources and supported
by other persons and records.
In
only a matter of a few weeks, George’s daughter
quarreled with her boyfriend and she obtained a
Protection Order against him. The boyfriend had only an
hour to move his belongings from the house. At the end
of the hour he left the property unable to move the
majority of his belongings.
In
only a matter of days, George’s daughter welcomed a new
boyfriend into the house. George changed residence and
returned to the rental house from which he was evicted.
The dysfunctional threesome was again complete, it was however now
lacking a breadwinner.
We seem to have come full circle. The
arrangement lasted only a few months and was less than desirable for the
young couple. They chose to move after
securing a loan from CitiBank. They moved
to the next county into a rental home complete with an outhouse next to
a cow barn. George was again
left with no option but to reside with his
mother in her retirement community.
|
The former boyfriend returned to the rental home
after everyone’s departure. His belongings were
gone.
George's
daughter hoped to marry this new boyfriend and
purchased an engagement ring for herself from
Kay jewelers.
She had though chosen an addict like her father
who was disinterested in working. Bills
went unpaid and she soon left him in favor of
her own apartment in Pottstown.

George's daughter had employment for a time in
Oaks, PA. Not surprisingly, George
remained
unemployed and living with his mom. What
is surprising though is that his daughter was
content to utilize George as a babysitter during
the week.
Understandably, this distressed the child's
father and so he attempted to secure a
Protection Order on behalf of his daughter
hoping to keep George away from her. His
attempt was unsuccessful and the child remained
in George's care.
For many
months, George's daughter denied the father of
her child visitation with his infant daughter.
As you might expect, a custody/visitation battle
erupted during this time period. The child was even sent to live with her
grandmother for a few months in another state.
Eventually, George, his daughter, her former
boyfriend and his attorney met up in Common
Pleas Court for a custody/visitation hearing.
Note to
Reader:
It’s a shame that not all hearings are taped so
we’ll rely on eyewitness accounts & the hearing transcript of what
transpired. (You may want to grab a glass of
Pierogies for this and perhaps cover your keyboard with
plastic.)
